Our root-balled fir trees are natural Christmas trees with roots, specially prepared to arrive at your home in very good condition during the Christmas season.

When preparing them, the tree is lifted from the ground while preserving an important part of its roots and root ball. The root ball is then placed inside a bucket / pot so the tree remains stable and can retain moisture during the holidays.

The result is a tree with a very fresh, lively and natural appearance, ideal for decorating homes, businesses, shops or other spaces at Christmas.

Because it keeps its roots, there is also the possibility of planting it after the festive season. However, it is important to remember that this is a recently root-balled tree, not a tree that has spent around a year consolidating its root system.

To increase its chances of staying alive, we recommend planting it immediately after Christmas, keeping it in a cool environment and avoiding prolonged exposure to high temperatures.

How to keep your Christmas tree fresh and natural

To keep it green and beautiful throughout the festive season:

• Avoid placing it next to radiators, heaters or other direct sources of heat.
• Keep it in a cool environment whenever possible.
• It can be placed in spaces with natural light.
• Keep the root ball slightly moist without waterlogging it.
• If you want to plant it after Christmas, do so as soon as possible.

The less time it spends indoors with heating and the sooner it is planted, the better its chances of adapting successfully to the ground.

Can it be planted after Christmas?

Yes. A root-balled Christmas tree keeps its roots and can be planted after Christmas.

However, it is important to distinguish it from a fully rooted tree. As it has only recently been lifted from the ground, it has not yet had a long period to re-establish and consolidate its full root system.

For this reason, if you want to plant it, we recommend doing so immediately after the festive season and in suitable ground.

If too much time passes before planting or if the tree has been exposed to high temperatures for many days, its chances of survival may decrease.

How much does a root-balled Christmas tree weigh?

Because it includes roots, root ball, soil and container, it weighs slightly more than a cut Christmas tree.

Can I choose the delivery date for my Christmas tree?

Deliveries begin on 13 October and continue until 19 December.

You can request an approximate delivery date, with a possible variation of ±24 hours.

• Deliveries are made from Tuesday to Friday on working days.
• Before shipment, we will send you a confirmation email.
• Transport is handled by an external courier company that we work with every year.
• The tree is wrapped in protective film for transport. This does not damage the product.
