Our trees with roots are natural and living Christmas trees, carefully grown in controlled natural environments. They retain their roots inside the root ball, which keeps them hydrated and looking good for much longer. If properly cared for during the holidays, they can even be transplanted afterwards into gardens or private areas. The fact they come with a root ball and soil means these trees weigh more, and consequently the shipping cost may be somewhat higher than other formats.

They are prepared shortly before shipping to ensure freshness and safety during transportation.

Can I choose the delivery date for the Christmas tree?

Shipments begin from November 20 to December 17. You may request an approximate delivery date (with a possible variation of ±24 h).

Deliveries are made Tuesday through Friday on business days, and you will receive a confirmation email the day before shipping. The transport is handled by a specialized company with which we collaborate each year.

Maintenance and care of Christmas trees

• Avoid placing it near heat sources (radiators, heaters…).
• It can be in spaces with natural light.
• Water lightly every 3 or 4 days.
